Note: Shell Integration is implemented better by StartExplorer, disable Shell Integration capability:

1. Goto Preferences -> General -> Capabilities
2. Press Advanced… button
3. Under PDE_Tools disable Shell Integration
4. (as you are unlikely to use it) Under Team disable CVS support
